Heidi Curtis is a 24 year old singer-songwriter hailing from Newcastle upon-Tyne, UK. Drawing inspiration from classic rock, indie and folk she weaves a sonic tapestry inspired by nature, folklore and coming of age. Fronting a tight band, Heidi commands the stage and takes you on a journey through love, heartbreak and loss wearing her inspirations on her sleeve. For fans of Fleetwood Mac, Florence + the Machine, Kate Bush and Jeff Buckley she wields a sound both urgent and authentic.
Heidi's debut EP ‘Hollow Heart’ caps off an impressive six month period which has seen debut single ‘Undone’ (released 29th November 2025), its follow-up ‘Siren’, third reveal ‘What Am I Missing?’ and latest single ‘Behind The Door’ draw considerable praise throughout the press landscape, with acclaim arriving from the likes of NME Magazine, DIY Magazine, Rolling Stone UK, Dork Magazine, The Line Of Best Fit, Guitar.com and Wonderland.
Showcasing her powerhouse vocals and authentic songwriting throughout ‘Hollow Heart’, the North East native’s classic rock, indie and folk sensibilities have resonated across the radio airwaves. With support from BBC Introducing locally and nationally from day one (Jess Iszatt, Shakk), Heidi was recently made BBC Introducing on Radio 1’s ‘Need To Know’ Artist, in addition to considerable early backing from BBC 6 Music (Craig Charles, Emily Pilbeam) and playing a live session from Maida Vale studios for Jo Wiley live on BBC R2. Heidi has also recently been named in NME’s top 100 for 2026.
Having supported contemporaries such as Florence + The Machine, Sam Fender, Ben Howard, Lewis Capaldi, Holly Humberstone and Paolo Nutini across the UK and Europe, the Geordie newcomer’s live prowess is developing at an impressive rate. This autumn Heidi embarks on her first headline tour, with shows in Newcastle, Leeds, London, Dublin, Limerick, Belfast and Berlin.
